• Control cell line without target.
• Suitable fluorescent dye (e.g. Fluo-3AMA, Calcium 4, etc).
• Suitable agonist or ion channel modulators.
• Standard antagonists, potentiators, and control compounds.
• Appropriate buffer solutions, additives, etc.
